Request for Proposals for Solar Photovoltaic Expansion

Denver Water is requesting proposals from Design/Builder (Contractor) to design, furnish, and install the Solar Photovoltaic Expansion Project (Project). Project includes ground mounted, behind the meter, solar photovoltaic (PV) systems at various Denver Water owned facilities.
