Request for Proposals for Solar Photovoltaic Expansion

Denver Water is requesting proposals from Design/Builder (Contractor) to design, furnish, and install the Solar Photovoltaic Expansion Project (Project). Project includes ground mounted, behind the meter, solar photovoltaic (PV) systems at various Denver Water owned facilities. All information and communication related to this RFP can be found on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System under solicitation number 2025-04-28.
