Solicitation Description:

Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program, Inc. (CBBEP) is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3), environmental organization which serves 12 counties in Texas.  CBBEP is soliciting proposals from qualified CPA firms to perform:

* A financial statement preparation an daudit for the fiscal year ending Aug 31, 2026
* A Single Audit in accordance with 2CFR Part 200 Subpart F for the first major program and up to one additional program as identified in the audit procedures
* Preparation of Form 990 and applicable extensions

The initial contract term shall cover FY26, with four optional one-year renewal periods.
