Request for Proposals for Security Patrol Services at Alameda Poin

The City of Alameda (City) invites proposals from qualified firms to provide unarmed security patrol services at Alameda Point. The contract term will be 3 years with two options to extend for one year each.

Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Walk

There will be a mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Walk scheduled for April 28, 2025 at 10:00am. ALL proposers must attend. Prospective proposers will meet at City Hall West, 950 West Mall Square, Room 201, Alameda, CA. A sign-in sheet will be issued, and shared, to record attendees. ALL Site Walk attendees must complete and sign the Waiver/Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, and Indemnification Agreement.

Proposal Opening

Proposals will be opened on Monday, May 12, 2025. All proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m. to the City of Alameda, Base Reuse and Economic Development Department, 950 West Mall Square, Suite 205, Alameda. Proposals will be opened at 2:01 p.m.
