The County of Salem is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1 et seq.

Sealed RFP responses will be received by Purchasing, on May 13, 2025 at 2:00PM prevailing time in the Salem County Administration Building, Office of the Purchasing Agent, 110 Fifth Street, Suite 400, Salem, New Jersey, 08079, at which time and place responses will be opened for:

Providing Off-Site Inmate Dental Care for the Salem County Correctional Facility.

Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 Affirmative Action and P.L. 1977, C. 33, as amended by P.L. 2016, C. 43, N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2

Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1999, c. 238, (N.J.S.A. 34-11-56 et seq.) where applicable.
