REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS for PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SERVICES related to ST. LOUIS CITY DISASTER RECOVERY & REBUILDING Issued: June 25, 2025 Responses Due: July 25, 2025 The St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC) is inviting proposals for a Project Manager Consultant. The selected consultant will be the main contact for all St. Louis City tornado recovery and rebuilding efforts concerning businesses, housing, and economic activity, as well as other duties assigned by the CEO. This role is crucial in identifying and implementing programs and initiatives for recovery and rebuilding.
