  The Marin County Free Library (MCFL), in association with the County of Marin’s Department of Public Works, is seeking proposals from a team of qualified architects and engineers to provide design, engineering, and construction administration services for the renovation of the Novato Library, located at 1720 Novato Blvd., Novato, California. The project scope of work will include the expansion of the building and interior renovations, roof replacement, exterior improvements, and targeted modifications to the building lighting and HVAC system. The target construction budget for the project is $7M. The design disciplines required to deliver the project are expected to be: architecture; engineering (M/E/P/S/C), and landscape architecture. Supplemental expertise in roofing systems, waterproofing, and cost estimating shall be included.
