REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Little Rock Workforce Development Board (LRWDB) is hereby soliciting Request for Proposals for One-Stop Operator and to Provide/Deliver WIOA Title I-B Adult, Youth and Dislocated Worker Program Services of up to $900,000 beginning July 1, 2025.
Applicants must be qualified providers. Providers must have a minimum of three years of experience as a WIOA One-Stop Operator and Services Provider or equivalent experience, and meet other specific criteria included in the Request for Proposal.
The Request for Proposal Package will be available after 3:00 p.m., March 10, 2025. Interested parties must submit an E-MAIL REQUEST for a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) Package for WOIA Services to w.j.monagle@arkansas.gov . Each written e-mail request must include a contact name, a return physical address, an email address and a telephone number whereby changes and alerts to the RFP can be made. Proposals must be submitted as specified in the Request for Proposal Package. All proposals considered for funding must be received by 5:00 p.m., April 8, 2025 at the following address:

Funding is limited and is subject to federal WIOA appropriations. The LRWDB reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Funds utilized for the purpose of responding to this RFP may not be included in final or actual funding amounts.
