Request for Proposals for On-call Arboricultural Services

Project Description: The City of Milwaukie (City) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for professional tree care and arborist services for the City on an as needed basis. Services include, but are not limited to, tree condition and risk assessment, removal, planting, pruning, mitigative treatment application, emergency tree service and stump removal, site inspection, tree inventories, cabling/bracing services, and plant healthcare. Proposers should possess strong qualities in communication, timeliness and competency. A complete description of services is provided under Section 3 of this document.
City utilizes Euna Procurement for its eProcurement solution. Register or sign in to access the solicitation documents, be added to the distribution list for this solicitation’s automatic notices, and to submit a proposal electronically.

Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Procurement Portal. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. PDT on Monday, April 20, 2026, for the purpose of selecting a proposal who evidences the highest level of quality performance and technical competence in their services. Proposals submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
