Request for Proposals for On-Call General Contractor Services

Project Description: The City of Milwaukie is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide general contractor services on an as-needed basis at multiple city-owned facilities. Services will include minor repairs and maintenance, and will require the contractor to provide all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means necessary to complete the work. The awarded contract will be for a maximum duration of six (6) years and up to $250,000.

Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Procurement Portal. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. PDT on Monday, April 21, 2025, for the purpose of selecting a proposal who evidences the highest level of quality performance and technical competence in their services.
