Request for Proposals for On-Call Services for Water Well & Pump Station Repairs and Maintenance

Project Description: The City of Milwaukie is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide maintenance and repair services for the City’s wells, pumps, boosters, and electric motor assemblies, on an on-call, as-needed basis. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means necessary to complete the work. The awarded contract will be for a maximum duration of five (5) years and up to $500,000.

Proposals must be submitted electronically through Bonfire. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. PDT on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, for the purpose of selecting a proposer who evidences the highest level of quality performance and technical competence in their services. Proposals submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
