Request for Proposals for On-call Traffic Control Services

Project Description: City of Milwaukie (City) is seeking proposals from a limited number of qualified and experienced contractors for on-call traffic control services. A complete description of services is provided under Section 3 of this solicitation. City intends to award two (2) contracts for a duration of five (5) years up to $75,000 per contract.

Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City’s Procurement Portal. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. PDT on March 20, 2025. Proposals that are not received by the submission deadline will not be accepted, as the Procurement Portal will automatically block any submission at the exact time at which the RFP closes. There will be no public opening of submissions.
