Request for Proposals for Neighborhood Legal Advocacy Services Issued May 16, 2025 Responses Due June 6, 2025 St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC) seeks proposals from experienced legal advocacy firms to support SLDC's vacancy reduction efforts. Selected Respondent(s) will provide direct legal services to residents and neighborhoods, include real estate litigation, and create education and advocacy opportunities for communities and partners. Respondent(s) may submit proposals for some or all of the outlined scope of work, and SLDC may award one or more contract(s) to meet the needs of the community.
