Request for Proposals for Legal Services

The City of Hartwell, Georgia invites qualified attorneys or law firms to submit proposals to provide legal services related to the City¿s Housing Program that includes real estate transactions, title searches, mortgage documents and closings, land/property acquisitions and dispositions, heirs¿ property title clearance, leases, easements, and other general real estate matters within the boundaries of Hartwell, Georgia. These services will be utilized on an ¿as needed¿ basis. Please review the full RFP package located on the Documents tab or contact lyoder@gmrc.ga.gov to request the RFP package.
