This addendum forms part of and modifies the contract documents as noted below. Bidders must
acknowledge receipt of this addendum in the space provided on the Acknowledgement of
Addenda form. Failure to do so may submit Bidder to disqualification.
This addendum consists of 1 page and attachments.
UPDATE TO PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS:
We are issuing this addendum to clarify expectations related to the current Request for
Proposals (RFP). During review, it was identified that the RFP did not accurately outline
the requirements necessary to align proposals with the available grant funding.
Per Kodiak Island Borough Code (KIBC) 3.30.110 (E) the KIB may use negotiations to
"clarify and assure full understanding of the requirements for the request for proposals".
With this code in mind, the KIB would like to offer all applicants the opportunity to update
and resubmit their proposals to reflect the correct grant funding parameters as outlined
below:
Awarded grant funds for this project is no more than $50,000.00
If a proposer decides to accept the offer to re-submit, please title the proposal "[Immutable
Backup Project - Version 2]".
Due date for re-submitted proposals will be May 1st, 2026.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure the RFP
accurately represents the grant funding framework and follows the KIB Code.
