Request for Proposals for Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Testing Service

The City of Alameda is requesting proposals (RFP) from qualified organizations who wish to be evaluated to perform on-site investigations, materials testing, engineering recommendations, reporting, and construction testing services.  The services provided will be on an on-call, as-needed basis over a five-year term with a total not to exceed amount of $750,000. Proposers are encouraged to focus on their areas of strength and are not required to team with a large number of sub-consultants to cover all potential types of projects.

All proposal’s shall be submitted in electronic format (PDF) to the City of Alameda’s Public Works general mailbox at pw@alamedaca.gov by 2 p.m. on April 7, 2025. Please allow sufficient time to submit and acknowledge the submittal of your proposal. RFP’s with a time stamp after 2 p.m. will not be accepted.
