Request for Proposals For Furniture Reupholstery Services

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Furniture Reupholstery Services,as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
The preference is one (1) Supplier will be selected as the awarded supplier. The Coordinating Entity reserves the right to award each region separately
Proponents are advised that should it be determined that other Sites within the regional health authorities within Manitoba and/or other public entities within the Province of Manitoba will require the same or similar products as outlined in this RFP for the purposes of ensuring compatibility, Shared Health may not issue another competitive bid.
The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years , with an option in favour of the Purchaser to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional option terms of one (1) year each .
