Request for Proposals for Food and Beverage Services North Creek Ski Bowl Lodge

This Request for Proposals ("RFP") issued by the Olympic Authority seeks a qualified operator to manage and provide restaurant, bar, and food and beverage services within the North Creek Ski Bowl Lodge ("Premises"), located at the North Creek Ski Bowl in North Creek, New York, part of Gore Mountain. The RFP process will result in the selection of a successful Contractor, who will assume full responsibility for delivering the comprehensive food and beverage services as outlined in the RFP for the Premises.

This RFP replaces the previous RFP issued by the Olympic Authority on March 3, 2025. The earlier solicitation has been withdrawn and superseded by this revised RFP to reflect updated project requirements and/or clarified specifications. All interested parties are advised to disregard the March 3, 2025 RFP and refer solely to this current solicitation for all relevant information and submission requirements.
