REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS  FOR DISPOSAL OF COMMON HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Eagle County, Colorado is soliciting proposals for the provision of professional services to transport, store, treat, recycle, and dispose of common hazardous materials collected at the Eagle County Household Hazardous Waste and Small Business Collection Facility located at the Eagle County Landfill in Wolcott, Colorado. This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) will be non-exclusive. Eagle County reserves the right to purchase supplies or services from other third parties.

Proposals must be received by U.S. Mail at the Solid Waste & Recycling Department P.O. Box 473 Wolcott, CO 81655; by FedEx, UPS, DHL, or hand delivery to the Solid Waste & Recycling Department at 815 Ute Creek Road Wolcott, CO 81655; or by email to landfill@eaglecounty.us before 4:00 p.m. on March 31, 2026. Any proposal received after this time will not be considered and will be returned to the respondent unopened unless good cause is shown as determined by Eagle County in its sole discretion.

The proposal document may be obtained at the Solid Waste & Recycling Department, 815 Ute Creek Road Wolcott, CO 81655 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The complete document is also available at www.eaglecounty.us.
