The City of San Leandro is requesting qualified proposals for Design Services related to the design of a Class IV bikeway along a segment of Lewelling Blvd. between Wicks Blvd. and Washington Ave. in accordance with this Request for Proposals (RFP).
Award resulting from this RFP will be a fixed contract with an initial term of July 2025, through December 31, 2027.
