Request for Proposals for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR)

For Brooking Police Facility

The City of Brookings is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional

construction manager at risk (CMAR) services for the development of a new Brookings Police

Facility.

The selected firm will provide pre-schematic, preconstruction, and construction services for

new ground up Police facility. Specific responsibilities are outlined in the Request for Proposal.

Interested parties should submit an electronic copy of the proposal to John Thompson

(jthompson@cityofbrookings-sd.gov) and Julie Dotzenrod (jdotzenrod@tegragroup.com) and

one (1) hard copy by 2:00 P.M. CST on Monday, March 2, 2026. Please mark “Proposal for

Construction Manager at Risk Services” on the envelope.
