TxDOT’s Houston District is soliciting proposals for one specific deliverablecontract for construction monitoring and related services for marine mammalsfor the Galveston and Bolivar Ferry project. These services are required fortransportation activities under federal and state statutes to fulfill TxDOT’sobligations under 23 CFR §771, 43 TAC Part 1, Chapter 2, and other statutes andregulations related to compliance with federal and state environmentalstandards. Interested firms may notify TxDOT of theirinterest by email to the assigned point of contact for this procurement: CarmenStaicu, TxDOT HOU APD email HOU_Contracts_Scientific@txdot.gov . This notification must contain the RFP number,proposer name, point of contact, mailing address, voice numbers and an emailaddress. All questions andclarifications must be submitted in writing at HOU_Contracts_Scientific@txdot.gov . Proposers who have not notified TxDOT oftheir interest in the RFP waive all claims to redress if they submit proposalsthat have received reduced scores because the proposals do not incorporate orrespond to clarifications or amendments to this RFP Package.
