Description
Eagle County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the provision, implementation, data conversion, and ongoing support of a new Computer-Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) software platform for the Eagle County Assessor’s Office.
The solution will support the valuation and assessment of approximately 47,000 properties in accordance with Colorado State Statutes and the guidelines outlined in the Division of Property Taxation’s Assessor’s Reference Library (ARL). The system must integrate seamlessly with existing workflows to drive enhanced efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and transparency. The chosen platform will elevate the public experience and expand access through user-friendly, public-facing portals.

Proposals must be received by email sent to assessor.camarfp@eaglecounty.us . Proposals will also be accepted by U.S. mail at Eagle County Assessor’s Office, PO Box 449, Eagle, CO 81631or by FedEx, UPS, DHL, or hand delivered to Eagle County Assessor’s Office 500 Broadway, Eagle, CO 81631.Proposals must be received on or before 5:00 p.m., MDT, October 30, 2026. Any proposal received after this time will not be considered and will be returned to the respondent unopened unless good cause is shown as determined by Eagle County in its sole discretion.
