Request for Proposals for Compensation and Benefits Study

The Town of Highland Park is soliciting sealed proposals to engage a consulting firm for professional services related to the completion of a compensation and benefit study. Submissions must include one (1) original with three (3) identical hard copies of the proposal and one electronic version on a flash drive in PDF format.  A minimum font size no less than 11-point should be used in writing the proposal.  Proposals should be submitted to the Town as follows:

Proposals must be received by 4:00 PM CT on April 11, 2025. Late proposals will not be accepted. Proposal information may be obtained from the attachment below (See Related Documents). Bid envelopes shall be sealed and marked with “Proposal for Compensation and Benefits Study HP COMP 2025-001” on the outside of the envelope.  The Town of Highland Park reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any informality in any proposal, and to accept any proposal, which, in its discretion, is in the best interest of The Town of Highland Park.
