Request for Proposals For Boiler System Replacement Project

Eagle County Air Terminal Corporation (“ECAT”) is soliciting proposals for the procurement and installation of new boilers and mechanical systems. This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) will be non-exclusive. ECAT reserves the right to purchase supplies or services from other professionals.

Proposals must be received via electronic mail sent to Wallace Oliveira at Wallace.Oliveira@EagleCounty.us on or before 3:00 p.m., MDT, April, 3rd 2026. Any proposal received after this time will not be considered unless good cause is shown as determined by ECAT in its sole discretion. Interested bidders are available to walk the site by contacting Wallace Oliveira to schedule an appointment prior to the submittal deadline as listed above. ECAT, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, all businesses will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex, age, or disability in consideration for an award.
