The Minnesota Department of Human Services, through its Behavioral Health Administration (STATE), is seeking Proposals from qualified Responders to partner with the State to coordinate and provide Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (ECMHC) services to State-identified early childhood providers and programs. The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for five (5) years, from July 1, 2025 until June 30, 2030.
