The Minnesota Department of Human Services, through its Behavioral Health Administration (STATE), is seeking Proposals from qualified Responders to partner with the State to enhance early childhood mental health capacity and to provide mental health services to young children ages birth through five (and their families) including those who are uninsured and underinsured. The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for five (5) years, from July 1, 2025 until June 30, 2030.
