The City of Safford is issuing this proposal to establish a contract for professional services to conduct a comprehensive user fee study of all the City’s recreation activities.

The highest rated proposal that is compliant with the specifications will be awarded the contract. The firm must supply all information required by the RFP. The City reserves the right to waive any informality and minor irregularities in the submittals. Interested firms are to deliver or send submittals of their bid by 4:00 PM, local time, Monday July 7, 2025, to the City Clerk's office at City Hall, 717 W. Main St., Safford, AZ 85546.
