REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR A BRANDING AND IDENTITY PLAN FOR THE VILLAGE OF BROOKFIELD

The Village of Brookfield is seeking proposals for a Branding and Identity Plan from qualified firms to provide new logos, a tagline, graphics, a uniform color palette, and a master brand with sub-brands. The Village seeks design guidelines that can be utilized through multiple mediums of communication.

The Branding and Identity Plan shall also create three distinct sub-brands for the Village’s business districts: Ogden Avenue, Downtown, and 8 Corners. This project shall provide the Village with a modern brand that uniquely represents Brookfield.

To have your proposal considered, the documents shall be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked: Village of Brookfield Branding and Identity Plan

One PDF copy of the Full Proposal shall be emailed to the Communications and Marketing Manager, Bob Uphues at ruphues@brookfieldil.gov .

Proposals shall be received at the Village Manager’s Office, Village of Brookfield, 8820 Brookfield Avenue, Brookfield, Illinois 60513, no later than March 20, 2026 at 3:00 p.m.

Proposals received after the closing time and date are not promised to be considered.
