Request for Proposals - Examination Assistance Firm

The Connecticut Department of Banking (the "Department") requests written proposals from qualified, certified public accounting or other financial consulting firms (“Firms”), to assist the Department, on an as needed basis, with examinations of Connecticut chartered financial institutions, including, but not limited to, Connecticut banks, trust banks, credit unions, Innovation Banks, money transmitters, mortgage brokers and lenders, and investment advisers. The Department may also retain a Firm(s) to conduct training for Department personnel. The Department intends to compile a list of qualified Firms with expertise in any of the above referenced financial institution business models. The Department will retain Firms for assistance on an as needed basis, and selection of the Firm will be based on the expertise required for the financial institution that the Department is examining.
