TOWNSHIP OF BRICK
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Purchasing Agent of the Township of Brick, County of
Ocean and State of New Jersey, will on Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Brick
Municipal Complex, 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, NJ 08723 receive proposals for the
following services:
EMPLOYEE AND RETIREE HEALTH PLAN
THIRD PARTY ADMINISTRATION / PROVIDER NETWORK SERVICES
Specifications are available in the Office of Purchasing and Contracting, 401 Chambers Bridge
Road, Brick, NJ 08723 and may be picked up, mailed or emailed during normal business hours,
Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Any additional information may be obtained by

This proposal is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with
N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq.
Vendors are required to comply with the Affirmative Action Requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et
seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27, Ownership Disclosure Certifications N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2, have a New
Jersey Business Registration Certificate prior to award, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:32-44, and comply
with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq.
