Request for Proposals Electronic Vote Tabulation Machines and Related Services

Pursuant to Chapter 30B of the Massachusetts General Laws, the City of Marlborough through its City Clerk’s Office, is seeking separately sealed price and non-price (technical) proposals for RFP CC-2023-01 The City seeks to purchase 17 Electronic Optical Scanning Vote Tabulators, 14 Ballot Boxes and Related Services , to be used in all Federal, State, and Local Elections. Sealed proposals are due but will not be publicly opened at the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, City Hall, 3rd Floor, 140 Main St., Marlborough, MA 01752 until 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 15, 2023 Copies of the Request for Proposals may be obtained by downloading from the City of Marlborough Procurement website at www.marlborough-ma.gov/bids where RFP Documents will be made available as of Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at 11:00 am. The City reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposals or reject in whole or in part any and all proposals if the City determines that either cancellation or rejection serves the best interests of the City.
