Request For Proposals -- DRPA-06-2026 Purchase & Delivery of 52 Signal-Tech X-Down TLC LED Signs with Accessories (No Substitutions) for 4 DRPA Bridge Toll Plazas

The Delaware River Port Authority ("Authority") hereby invites interested suppliers to submit proposals for DRPA-06-2026 Purchase and Delivery of Fifty-Two (52) Signal-Tech X-Down TLC LED Signs with Accessories (No Substitutions) for Four (4) DRPA Bridge Toll Plazas. This public advertisement constitutes the DRPA’s formal solicitation.

Basis of Award: This contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on the basis of the lowest, overall price submitted, in the best interest of the DRPA for supplying all the products specified in compliance with stated General Conditions, Special Provisions and Specifications using the estimated quantities provided.

The Authority’s Board of Commissioners has adopted a resolution stating suppliers seeking contracted work must be prevented from influencing the vendor selection process. In order to be considered in the vendor selection process, a Political Contribution Form and Certification must be completed and submitted with the Request for Proposals.

Copies of the Proposals and Political Contribution Form and Certification, shall be submitted, in PDF format, via SAP Ariba no later than Wednesday, April 29, 2026 @11:00AM. Faxed, e-mailed, or hard copies of Proposals will NOT be accepted.

Responses to this RFP must be submitted electronically via the Ariba Network. Faxed, e-Mailed, and/or hardcopies will not be accepted. The Ariba submission requirement is mandatory and non-waivable.
