Request for Proposals - Direct Pay Letter of Credit (Personal Services)

The Department of Airports of the City of Los Angeles (“LAWA” or the “Department”), is requesting banks to submit proposals to provide direct pay letters of credit (“LOCs”) to support its commercial paper program (the “CP Program”) for Los Angeles International Airport (“LAX”). The LOCs will replace or renew up to all $500 million existing LOCs currently provided for the CP Program.

To access the relevant documents, you must register in Bonfire (Euna) and log in to the portal. If you have any questions or concerns, you can use the “Vendor Discussions” tab in Bonfire to communicate with us. Please also check the “Public Notices” tab regularly for any updates or addenda to the proposal.
