Description
The Lanier County School District is seeking qualifications and proposals from Construction Management (hereinafter, CM) firms to provide CM at Risk services for the construction of a New Baseball/Softball Athletic Complex for Lanier County Schools in Lakeland, GA. Construction of a Baseball/Softball Athletic Complex to include the following:
Two (2) baseball fields and (2) softball fields with required fencing; concession/press box/restroom building; home team dugouts/locker rooms; fieldhouse with offices, maintenance support, and batting cages; associated drives and parking, sidewalks and other required site amenities.
