Request for Proposals – Clarksville’s Public Works Facility Berm
The Clarksville (Indiana) Historic Preservation Commission is seeking proposals for the creation of an installment that tells the story of the Clarksville community. This installation may be in any medium but should be appropriate for outdoor placement at the berm at Clarksville’s Public Works facility.
Bid Information Packets can be obtained at the link below or at Clarksville Town Hall, Suite 208, Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30.

Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. (EST), September 30, 2025.

Proposals are to be submitted at Clarksville Town Hall, Suite 208 at which time they will be opened publicly.

The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
