| Solicitation Document Description: | The City of Toronto Parks & Recreation (P&R) Division is seeking proposals from Landscape Architectural Consulting Firms (“Proponent”) including a multi-disciplinary team to provide professional services for the design, construction and post construction warranty for an accelerated multi-prong Off-Leash Area (OLA) State-of-Good Repair(SOGR) Program (hereinafter referred to as "the Program"), to plan and prioritize OLAs across the City and conduct state-of-good repair for the first thirty-four (34) OLAs from 2025 to end of 2030. |

Virtual Optional Meeting
All Suppliers are encouraged to attend a virtual optional meeting to familiarize themselves with the required Deliverables. The optional virtual meeting will take place virtually on Microsoft Teams August 20, 2025 10 AM Local Time.
Suppliers will need to request an invite to the meeting via ARIBA Message board or directly from Senior Corporate Buyer Martin Suits Martin.Suits@toronto.ca. Only one representative will be registered per Supplier with the Supplier sharing the invite themselves with other team members at their discretion.
Questions may be asked at the optional meeting; however, they are not considered part of an official record and have no bearing on the terms of the contract unless they are submitted in writing to the City. A record of questions and answers from emails as deemed will be distributed in the form of an addendum and posted on the City's online call documents system. |
