The City of Brentwood is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified architecture firms to

assist with professional services for new gateway monument signs at the east end of Manchester Road.

Proposals must be submitted by January 22, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.

Proposal documents are on file and available at Office of the City Clerk, 2348 South Brentwood Blvd,

Brentwood MO 63144 and on the city’s website at www.brentwoodmo.org.

Any proposal received after the time and date specified will not be considered and the City reserves

the right to reject any or all submittals. Any inquiries concerning the proposal should be directed to
