Project Description: The project will provide pre-construction and construction management services to the Dr. A.J. Chandler Park Improvements Phase 1, currently in design. Phase 1 consists of improvements to approximately 2.3 acres of Dr. A.J. Chandler Park located at 3 S. Arizona Avenue, Chandler, Arizona including demolition of existing pavements, water features and structures, construction of new decorative hardscape plazas, relocated and new public art, extensive shade tree infrastructur including below-ground soil improvements, event lawns, seasonal plazas with social activities, seating and site furniture, park lighting, power, irrigation, and potential wi-fi infrastructure. These improvements may include but are not limited to two large canopies flanking the Arizona Avenue crosswalk, storage rooms, one new restroom building, and three localized park shade canopies. The estimated construction cost for this project ranges from $400,000 to $600,000.
