Request for Proposals - City of Chandler Pre-Qualified Technical Registrants List for Environmental Engineering and Related Services

The City of Chandler invites qualified consultants to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to establish a pre-qualified technical registrants list for ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING AND RELATED SERVICES . The selected firms will be placed on a list which the city will utilize for the direct selection of the appropriate firms for Projects where design fees do not exceed five hundred thousand dollars, under A.R.S. § 34-103.   The city does not guarantee that a firm placed on the list of pre-qualified technical registrants will ever be awarded a contract.

Scope of Services
Air quality, indoor air quality, drywells, hydrogeological, environmental site assessments, NEPA compliance studies, hazardous materials and waste management, spill prevention, storm water, asbestos survey and abatement, site contamination assessment, contamination remediation, spill remediation, underground storage tank (UST) removal and remediation, landfill, solid waste facilities, fuel systems, air permitting and reporting, and renewable energy management services.
