Summary

The City of Chandler invites qualified consultants to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to establish a pre-qualified technical registrants list for ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND RELATED SERVICES . The selected firms will be placed on a list which the city will utilize for the direct selection of the appropriate firms for Projects where design fees do not exceed five hundred thousand dollars, under A.R.S. § 34-103.   The city does not guarantee that a firm placed on the list of pre-qualified technical registrants will ever be awarded a contract.

Scope of Services
Design, construction administration and field observations, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), facilities assessment, feasibility studies, LEED consulting, programming/master planning, plan review, roof replacement, public spaces, museum remodels, landscaping, interior space planning needs assessments, and cost estimating services.
