Summary

The City of Chandler invites qualified consultants to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to establish a pre-qualified technical registrants list for WATER/WASTEWATER ENGINEERING AND RELATED SERVICES . The selected firms will be placed on a list which the city will utilize for the direct selection of the appropriate firms for Projects where design fees do not exceed five hundred thousand dollars, under A.R.S. § 34-103.   The city does not guarantee that a firm placed on the list of pre-qualified technical registrants will ever be awarded a contract.

Scope of Services
Permitting, survey, studies, design, inspection, structural, security, instrument controls integration/SCADA/control systems, electrical/energy management, and construction administration/management services.  These services will be provided for water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment systems, and reclaimed water storage and distribution systems.
