Summary

The City of Chandler invites qualified consultants to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to establish a pre-qualified technical registrants list for TRANSPORTATION/TRAFFIC ENGINEERING AND RELATED SERVICES . The selected firms will be placed on a list which the city will utilize for the direct selection of the appropriate firms for Projects where design fees do not exceed five hundred thousand dollars, under A.R.S. § 34-103.   The city does not guarantee that a firm placed on the list of pre-qualified technical registrants will ever be awarded a contract.

Scope of Services
Provide comprehensive Transportation/Traffic Engineering and Related Services including plan review, transportation planning, traffic studies, street light design, traffic signal design, intersection design, signing and pavement marking design, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, Americans with Disabilities (ADA), and ITS design.
