Request for Proposals - City of Chandler Pre-Qualified Technical Registrants List for Park, Aquatic, Landscape Design and Related Services

The City of Chandler invites qualified consultants to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to establish a pre-qualified technical registrants list for PARK, AQUATIC, LANDSCAPE DESIGN AND RELATED SERVICES . The selected firms will be placed on a list which the city will utilize for the direct selection of the appropriate firms for Projects where design fees do not exceed five hundred thousand dollars, under A.R.S. § 34-103.   The city does not guarantee that a firm placed on the list of pre-qualified technical registrants will ever be awarded a contract.

Scope of Services
General and/or park, aquatic facility design (new and renovation), civil site improvements, landscape and irrigation, hardscape features such as Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), pool safety improvements, slide structures, walks and trails, playgrounds, and sports courts, amenities, conceptual plan development with public input, topographic/boundary surveys and drainage reports, utility coordination and relocation assistance, cost estimating, and construction administration services.
