Request for Proposals City Manager Recruitment Services

The City of Dubuque, Iowa ("City") invites qualified executive search and recruitment consulting firms ("Consultant" or "Proposer") to submit proposals to provide professional consulting services for the recruitment, evaluation, and selection of a City Manager for the City of Dubuque.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) describes the services required, outlines the proposal submission requirements, and establishes the evaluation criteria that will be used to select the successful Consultant. The City intends to enter into a professional services agreement with the selected Consultant for the performance of the services described herein.

All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions contained in the RFP. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities or irregularities in any proposal received, to re-advertise for proposals, to enter into contract negotiations with the selected Proposer, or to take any other actions that may be deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
