The County of Marquette, acting in its capacity as the CDBG Grant Administrator, is seeking a Michigan Licensed Contractor and Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Program (RRP) certified firm with at least one certified Lead Abatement Supervisor on site for the rehabilitation of a single family residential home located at 550 W Bluff St, Marquette, MI 49855.

The proposal should provide a straightforward, complete and concise description of your company’s capabilities to satisfy the requirements of the RFP. Interested companies must submit their responses by mail, email or deliver them in person to:
