Request For Proposals (RFP) Notice

Mankato Transit System is soliciting proposals to identify qualified firms for bus stop design. Project work shall include site investigations, design, plans and specification, and stop location recommendations.

Interested firms can obtain a copy of the RFP by downloading a copy from the City’s website ( https://www.mankatomn.gov/about-mankato/business/bids-and-request-for-proposals ).

Submit questions related to specific project requirements by 12:00 PM on August 31, 2026 via email to Todd Owens ( towens@mankatomn.gov ).

The deadline for submitting the RFP package is 4:00 pm September 1, 2026.
