Request for Proposals - Building Commissioning Services - Harry Grove Stadium Improvements

The Maryland Stadium Authority is issuing this Request for Proposals for Building Commissioning Services to select a qualified Offeror to implement and manage the commissioning process for the Harry Grove Stadium Improvements Project. The project scope will
include, but is not limited to, the commissioning of newly built home clubhouse and visiting clubhouse facilities, fully waterproofed foundation walls that extend approximately two stories below grade, storefront window systems, new MEP systems which include, AHUs, ARUs, RTUs. VRVs, building automation systems, pumps, exhaust fans, unit heaters, cabinet unit heaters, split systems, and lighting controls.
A detailed summary of the scope of the work of the project and a tentative construction schedule is included in section 3 of this RFP.
