Request for Proposals - Baltimore Vacants Reinvestment Initiative - BVRI-001 - Abatement and Demolition Services

The Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) is requesting proposals from prime contractors to provide services generally relating to abatement, demolition, site development and/or stabilization as more particularly set forth in Attachment E – Scope of Services (the “Services”). Services will be for those properties identified and selected under the Baltimore Vacants Reinvestment Initiative (BVRI), formerly known as Project CORE. Specifically, MSA is seeking proposals for Services for the properties identified in Attachment M.
