Request for Proposals - ARMB Outside Counsel

The State of Alaska, Department of Law (“LAW”) is legal counsel for ARMB and is seeking proposals from experienced and well-qualified law firms (“Qualified Firm”), with substantial expertise and experience in advising public pension funds, interested in providing legal services related to ARMB’s investment activities – primarily providing legal review and advice related to all types of private market investments.

Proposals will be accepted by email to 03procurement@alaska.gov no later than 2:00 p.m. December 5th, 2025.  If you have any questions regarding this Request for Proposals, please send those in writing to 03procurement@alaska.gov, or call 907-465-4337.
